A Man with a Huge Heart
I met Jimmy years ago when I became his Mother's Caregiver. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do to make sure she was well taken care of and happy.
Jimmy was like that with everyone he cared for and loved. He was a good natured, gentle bear with a touch of cantankerous, wrapped up in a hearty sense of humor. He would have made a great detective, because he analyzed things down to their core. I truly liked that quality about Jimmy. He knew what he wanted and never let anyone flim flam him.
We used to talk a lot over the telephone. Every single time he called he would ask how my Mom was doing and if my health was still good. His feelings for others were very genuine. He treated me like a daughter. I will always be thankful that God placed him in my life. He made a lasting impression.
They don't make them like Jimmy anymore. Rest in Peace, my friend.
