Tiffany Lynn Wileman

Tiffany "TiTi" Lynn Wileman, age 38, of Newark, formerly of New Castle, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Tiff attended William Penn High School. She loved music, swimming and drawing. She also loved her nieces and nephews very much.

Tiff is preceded in death by her mommom, Jean Wileman; poppop, Donald Wileman; grandfather, John Hofferer; aunt, Donna Legg and uncle, Donny Wileman.

Survivors include her sisters, Alyssa Morgan (James) and Brittany Fielding (Akil); mom, Cheryl Wileman; dad, Jonathan Allen; grandmother, Sandra Sheib-McClure; uncles, David Wileman and Wayne Wileman (Mimi); aunt, Sissy Saxton (Tom); nieces and nephews, Ellaina, Abigail, James, Elijah, Mellie, Caleb, Ezra, Giovani and baby Sevyn on the way; and multiple cousins and extended family. 

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Victory Christian Fellowship, 100 Wilton Blvd New Castle, DE 19720.
