Sandra Irene Walls

Sandra Irene Walls, age 77, of Dundalk, MD, born in Wilmington, DE, was called home to God on Monday, January 12, 2026.

Sandra was patient, kind, compassionate and true to her convictions. She enjoyed staying up to date with current events and spending time with her family.

Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Walls II, who passed in 2011; her sister, Janice Wood; and her parents, Earl and Marian.

Survivors include her son, Martin Walls III (wife, Rebecca); daughter, Nancy Stinchcomb (husband, Melvin); sisters, Darlene Taylor and Ellen Wood; grandchildren, Rachel Morin, Rodney Walls, Martin Walls and Connor Walls; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Savannah, Allysza, Serenity, Addalynn and Zoey.

A viewing will be held for friends and family on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 6 – 8 PM at Nichols – Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, Delaware 19804. 

Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Nichols – Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 9 AM. Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery, 3300 Lancaster Pike Wilmington, DE 19805.
