R. Kieth Redman, age 72, life long resident of Wilmington, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Kieth graduated from Henry C. Conrad High School, where he played in the band, and he then served in the Army in Vietnam. Kieth worked as a facility manager at the Red Clay School District for 22 years. He was an active member at Catalyst Community Church where he served as a Deacon and the facility manager. He was also a drummer on the worship team.
Kieth enjoyed carpentry and playing in numerous bands as a drummer. He coached softball and little league and his favorite team was the Philadelphia Eagles.
Kieth is preceded in death by his mother, Elinor Shockley and brother, Lester Shockley.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Donna Redman; daughter, Carrie Hathway Gore; grandchildren, Nathan Gore, Trevor Gore and Leyna Gore; brother, Kevin Shockley; other extended family and granddog, Fiona.
A memorial service will be held at Noon on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Catalyst Community Church, 410 Denver Road Wilmington, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Catalyst Community Church.
