Norma E. Hollingsworth

Norma E. “Topsy” Hollingsworth, age 90. of Wilmington, formerly of Denton, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at her son Skeeter’s home.

Topsy was the owner of Twin Kiss Restaurant for many years. She loved the beach and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Topsy was preceded in death by her sons, Charles R. “Bo” Hollingsworth and John D. “Jack” Hollingsworth and two sisters, Janet and Ginny.

She is survived by her sons, Richard E. Hollingsworth Jr (Anna), George R. Hollingsworth (Kate) and Jimmy N. Hollingsworth; her daughter, Cindy Manelski (Ken); many grandchildren, including James Richard Hollingsworth whom she helped raise and several great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 3 pm on Wednesday, August 20 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis Street, Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 2 pm.
