Joseph Eugene Constantino

Joseph Eugene Constantino, age 42, of Bear, formerly of Newport, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

Joey was a peer counselor at Aquila of Delaware. He enjoyed bargain shopping and had incredible style. He loved sports, especially football, and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Joey is preceded in death by his grandfather who helped raise him, James Bennett, and his sister, Jessica Constantino.

Survivors include his mother, Angela "Angie" Constantino (Kenny Evans); daughters, Ivey Scarberry, her mother Angie, and Talianna, and her late mother, Ally; his "sister from another mister" Chant'e White and other extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Nichols - Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 5:30 PM. Burial will be private.
