Jose R. Herrera Sanchez, age 57, of Wilmington, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
Jose worked as an Excavator for Orlando Morales Landscaping. He enjoyed soccer, going to the casino and crafts, he especially loved making jewelry.
Jose is preceded in death by his stepson, Nelson Boyd; his father, Juan Herrera Moreno; mother in law, Helen Boyd and father in law, Charles Boyd.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Hilda Boyd; his mother, Francesca Sanchez; and his brothers and sisters.
Services will be private.
