Joel passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015. He grew up in Newport and was a 1988 graduate of Delcastle High School. Joel was the Master Electrician at Artesian Water where he has worked the past 20 years. He enjoyed being at home, working on home projects with his dad and playing frisbee with his dog Sixx.
Joel is survived by his wife Denise; parents Joanne and Ronald; brother Michael (Dawn); sister Kelly (Wednesday); niece Rhiannon and nephew Sean.
Funeral Services will be at 1pm on Thursday, March 26 at Peniel United Methodist Church, 115 E. Market St., Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 11am. Burial will be at Gracelawn Memorial Park, N. DuPont PKWY, New Castle.
