Jadiel O. Figueroa, age 18, of New Castle, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Jadi was a senior at John Leach School. He loved Curious George and was a happy person who was always smiling. Jadi was loved by his family and will be dearly missed.

Jadi is survived by his mother, Maryorine Hernandez (Omar Pellot) and father, Jaime Figueroa; brother, Jeriel O. Pellot; and other extended family.

Services will be held at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Nichols - Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19805, where visitation will begin at 5:30 pm. Burial will be private.

Jadi estaba en el último curso de la escuela John Leach. Le encantaba Curious George y era una persona feliz que siempre sonreía. Jadi era querido por su familia y será profundamente echado de menos.

Jadi deja en vida a su madre, Maryorine Hernandez (Omar Pellot), y a su padre, Jaime Figueroa; su hermano, Jeriel O. Pellot; y otros familiares extensos.

El servicio se celebrará a las 18:30 horas el miércoles 28 de enero de 2026 en la funeraria Nichols - Gilmore, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19805, donde comenzarán las visitas a las 17:30. El entierro será privado.
