Gary C. Taylor

Gary C. Taylor, age 62, of Wilmington, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Gary graduated from Avon Grove High School. He worked at Hercules as a lab technician and also at the 3 Little Bakers Dinner Theater. Gary enjoyed fishing and Hunting. He also loved to dance and he thoroughly enjoyed his family gatherings.

Gary is preceded in death by his brother, James “Jimmy” Walls Jr.; father, Lawrence Taylor; mother, Laura Taylor; and sister, Sharyn L. Horton

Survivors include his daughter, Meghan Marianiello (Andre); son, Patrick Taylor; sisters, Sandra Patterson (Wayne) and Sheila Baird; brother, Lawrence Jr. (Teresa) and one granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Nichols - Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Faggs Manor Cemetery, 505 Street Road Cochranville, PA 19330.
