David "Dee" Tepper

David “ Dee” Tepper, age 40, of New Castle, DE, formerly of Pennsville, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

 Dee was a landscaper and had attended Pennsville Memorial High School. Dee’s passion was his music, enjoyed arts, loved the outdoors especially camping and boating. Dee had a strong work ethic and was devoted to his family especially to Ziggy and Leila. 

Dee was preceded in death by his aunt Barbara Rider. Survivors include son, Ziggy Tepper, daughter Leila Tepper and their mother Sheena Rathbone, mother Sharon Dalton, father Paul Tepper ( Vicki) , stepsister Nicole, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

 A candlelight vigil followed by a reception will be held on November 1st 2025 beginning at 3:30 pm at Riverview Beach Park in Pennsville NJ.
