Carol M. Cathell

Carol M. Cathell age 83, of Richardson Park, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025.

Carol graduated from Conrad High School in 1960 and worked as a caterer for “ETC” for over 20 years.

Carol was a lifelong member of Richardson Park United Methodist Church where she volunteered in the kitchen, sang in the choir and was a member of the Women’s Circle. She was a life member of The Ladies Auxiliary VFW and an active member of the Weston Senior Center and a long-time member of the Women’s Club of Delaware formerly Girls Inc.

She liked to travel, read, knit and collect Angels.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William “Bill” Cathell, sons; Brian and William Jr.; daughter, Sharon and sister, Debbie Alahouzos.

She is survived by her son, Danny (Iris); son in law, Mark Panaccione; grandson, Brian and her brother, Mike Litchfield.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM on January 10, 2025 at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 AM.
