Bernard A. "Skip" Neubeck, age 76, of Newport, formerly of Baltimore, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 23, 2026.
Skip was a sound engineer and long time member of the music community. He attended Church of the Open Door in Westminster, MD and stayed interested in local politics. Skip was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved his parrots, especially Bunkey.
Skip was preceded in death by his parents, George and Josephine Neubeck; brother, George P. Neubeck Jr.; and sister, Patricia Tucker. He is survived by many extended family members.
