Anna M. Logan

Anna M. Logan, age 68, passed away in Lewes, DE on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

Anna was born in Wilmington, DE. She was a daycare provider, owning her own business “Anna’s Angels” for over 20 years. She was a hard worker and enjoyed hanging out at the American Legion and VFW playing bingo. Anna loved her pugs, especially Spanky. 

Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Ward A. Logan; parents, Donald Spears and Cecilia Riley; and the other father that raised her, Frank Dickey; sister, Theresa Dickey and her best friend, Diane Minio. 

Survivors include her son, William R. Lewis Jr; daughter, Tammy M. Rubini; step daughters, Carly (Chris) and Victoria Campbell; brother, James Dickey; sisters, Grace McGrath and Cecilia Spinelli; grandchildren, Dayton, Daniel, Kayla and Breanna; life long childhood friend, Audrey ONeil, and other extended family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Nichols - Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 1:00 PM.
