William “BJ” Parker, Jr, age 28, of Wilmington, Delaware sunset on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

BJ attended William Penn High School. He worked as a labor and did warehouse work. BJ enjoyed basketball, boxing, and wrestling. He was a good friend always wanting to help his family and friends. BJ would give you his last and look for more.

BJ was preceded in death by his step father, Richard Burton, who he dearly loved.

Survivors include his Mother Patricia Ann Pressey, Father William Parker Sr. Sister Tyreka Burton, Nya Parker, Diamond Jones. Brothers Richard Harris, Richard Thomas and Daryll Gardner and a host of other extended family and friends with special recognition to cousin Devon “Chevy” Pressey and close friend Daryll Gardener

Funeral Services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, January 25 at Harrison Memorial Baptist Church, 413 S Heald St, Wilmington, DE 19801 where visitation will be held from 10 am to 11:30 am .Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to assist with the funeral expenses.
