Shawn Connell, age 61, of Wilmington, born in Newark, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
Shawn enjoyed watching basketball, baseball, and Dallas Cowboys football, listening to music, and spending time with his 3 children.
Shawn is preceded in death by his parents, Kathleen and Clinton; sister, Jacqueline; and brothers, Roger and Eddie.
Survivors include his sons, Sean and Shane; daughter, Ciara; brothers, Patrick and Kelly; sisters, Ann C. Demasi, Diane Hayden, Mary Redding, Theresa Botta, Christine Clark and Tamara; and his nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at St. Patrick's Cemetery, 1516 Ashland Clinton School Road Hockessin, DE 19707.
