Obituary for Robert "Bob" S Miller

October 16 will be remembered as the day my older brother Robert was called home. Being in the entertainment industry for over forty plus years he loved what he did. He told me once “New York is the center of that industry, and I’m part of it.” When times were tough for him, we would laugh and think of the line from the Broadway show Annie and say “The sun will come out tomorrow,” and laugh. He is pain free and able to walk with new legs, he is at peace and back with his family. I will miss my brother.

The curtain went up on March 26, 1948 when Robert Strong Miller was born. Robert to his family, Bob to his friends, his life was devoted to the theater. He always had a story to share and never forgot a birthday or the important dates of family and friends. The play ended its run on October 16, 2023 and the curtain has come down. We will miss you and love you, Robert and we will not forget you, Bob. Rest in peace.
