Rachel (Magnolia) Willey: Born 12/12/1930 in North Adams, MA. Rachel spent her early adult life as a nursing assistant and most of her adult life working in bar and restaurant management. She relocated many times in her lifetime having lived in Massachusetts, Delaware, Arizona, then Salisbury, MD before moving back to Delaware. Rachel was a lifetime member of the American Legion and a member of several VFW groups. Her retirement years were spent loving pets, working on crochet and knit projects, and she enjoyed reading.

Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Lance Willey, and her daughter, Mary (Martin) Paoletti. She is survived by her daughter, Argina “GiGi” (Martin) Hickman and her husband Ralph. Also surviving her are 5 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family has requested that any honoraria be directed to a non-profit charity of your choosing.
