Laura C. Soltis, age 90, of Wilmington, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Manor Care of Pike Creek.

Laura worked as a dental assistant in Dr. Alan Stewart’s office for many years. She enjoyed dance.
Laura loved classical music and used to listen to it or Big Band on her radio. She enjoyed going to the Brandywiners shows in Wilmington. She loved Glen Miller orchestra and saw a Glen Miller show once at a dinner theater with her sister Vivian and niece. She loved some country music like George Strait, Vince Gill, and Alan Jackson. Laura enjoyed old B&W classic movies and she would talk on phone with her sister and niece daily. They would compare notes on music to listen to or what was on television, like TCM, and if any country music shows were on. They would call each other to let them know if something good was on TV. She was a caring, loving relative who always had an ear to listen to anyone who wanted to discuss life's ups and downs.

Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Soltis; her sisters, Vivian Strader and Audrey Bean and her brother, Landis Kuhl.

Laura is survived by her brother Lee Kuhl (Carol) and 3 nephews and 1 niece.

Service sand burial will be private.
