Wilmington - Age 66, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
Joseph was born in Wilson, NC where he was raised Southern Baptist before moving to Seaford, DE in 1966. He graduated from Seaford High School and served in the Air Force. Joseph enjoyed training horses when he was young and he was devoted to animals, especially Dobermans.
Joseph is survived by his wife who he married in 1987, Janice M. Crispin and his sister, Phyllis.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
