Jeffrey R. Orsini, age 30, of Wilmington, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 8, 2019 after a long struggle of mental illness he is finally at peace.

Jeff was a 2007 graduate of Thomas McKean High School. He was an Intense video gamer and enjoyed fishing and watching the Carolina Panthers and Phoenix Suns. Jeff was a great cook and enjoyed food. He loved spending time with his family and friends especially Jessica and Raff.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Orsini SR and grandmother, Peggy Founds; who was everything to Jeffrey.

Survivors include his mother, Laurie Founds (Orsini); his brothers, Wayne Orsini, Jr and Shawn Orsini; his sister, Danielle Orsini; his longtime companion and best friend Jessica Buckley; nephew, Alex and other extended family.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, June 15 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 East Justis Street, Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at noon. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jeff’s memory may be made to Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
