Summarizing her life in a few words is a tall task. She would have said she didn't want to be a bother and that anything I write would be OK with her. The last day of her life her big worry was getting me a birthday present. That is the kind of person she was. Mom loved her orchids, cats, and of course family. She liked to tend to her flower beds when she could and tell you how to do it when she couldn't (big smile). She always had a kind word and a smile even when she was feeling terrible. Mom touched the hearts of many, many people. She took the time to get to know and truly care about them. The guy that brought her oxygen, her care takers, her doctors, the vet, the people that cut her grass…she knew all of them by name and a little something about their families. Mom had a giant heart and a ton of love to give…and she gave all she could. We will miss her terribly but remember her with a smile. She is home with the Lord now and has no pain…we are grateful for that.
