Obituary for Georgianna Trietley
Georgianna Trietley, age 77, of Milton, formerly of Middletown, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023.
Georgianna has been a Real Estate Appraiser for over 40 years. She currently was working for Tyler Technologies.
Georgianna was devoted to her faith, family, friends and community. She attended St.Joseph’s Church, where she was a Lector for 25+ years before moving to Milton. She was also an active member of The Women’s Club of Odessa for 25+ years.
Georgianna was a dedicated life member, board member, and active volunteer for the Everett Theatre and The Gibby Center For The Arts for over 20 years.
Georgianna is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Victor Trietley, who passed in 2013.
Survivors include her son, Thomas Trietley; daughter, Diane Carter (Brent); granddaughter, Alexandria Carter; brothers, Phil Taylor Sr. (Donna) and Joe Taylor (Giddi); sister, Liz Albert (Wayne); and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff of the Christiana Hospital Neuro ICU and Dr. Liu and all the staff on the AccentCare Inpatient Hospice unit for their gentle and compassionate care and support
Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Church, 319 E. Main Street Middletown, DE 19709. A visitation will be held in the vestibule starting at 10:00 AM.
