NEWARK, Del. — Donald Wilson Stall, 87, formerly of Spring Hope, North Carolina died peacefully at home Friday, May 3, 2019.

He was born in Hudson, New York, the son of Phineas and Florence Hotaling Stall.

Donald worked as an auto mechanic for many years. He enjoyed gardening, mowing his lawn and was devoted to his dog, Chip. He was admired for his good humor and hard work and was much loved.

Donald was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alice Tonlino Stall.

He is survived by two brothers, Ralph Stall and Harold Stall; two step-children, George and Sharon Drosehn and Bonnie and Robert Willcox; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services and Burial will be private.
