Daryl Carter Jr., age 37, was called home on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. He was born February 29, 1984 in Chester, PA. The loving son of Patricia Ann Favors and the late, Daryl J, Carter Sr. He attended high school and developed a keen sense of style. He loved to dress in the latest fashions and match from head to toe. As a child, Daryl loved cheese; in fact he loved it so much, his late Aunt, Monica Laniyan, nicknamed him Moo Moo. The nickname stuck with him to the present day.

Daryl loved making people laugh. He had a great sense of humor. He also loved being around the people he admired. Daryl enjoyed all different types of music, bike riding, playing cards, playing sports, and he was an excellent skater. He was very competitive. Daryl had a heart of gold. He was the type of man that would calmly tell you about yourself, then, buy you dinner the next day.

Daryl had his own personal relationship with God. Daryl leaves behind three brothers, Jameel Favors, Darrell Coleman, and Deion Brown; four sisters, Jeannette Crisden, Tanika Lewis, Danielle McLeod, and Weslay Favors; two sons, Nasir Carter and Dylan J. Carter. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Victory Christian Fellowship located at 100 Wilton BLVD. Wilmington, DE 19720 to begin at 11am with visitation one hour prior. Please see below for more details.
