Obituary for Barbara Anne Selecky
Barbara Anne Selecky, age 74, of Claymont, formerly of Newark, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Barb was a 1965 graduate of Newark High School. She retired from the hospitality industry after many years in different locations. Barb attended Holy Rosary Parish. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, hosting parties, going to the Delaware beaches and attending her children’s sports events.
Barb was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Thomas Mark Selecky in 1996; her sister, Judith Gould and her parents, Richard and Josephine Floyd.
Survivors include her daughter, Michalanne (Mark); sons, Tommy (Kelly) and Ricky; sister, Karen Floyd; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
