Aderemi J. Adeyemi, age 61, of New Castle, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 9, 2020.

Apostle Remi was born in Nigeria and was formerly of New York City, New York, Brunswick, Georgia, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Dallas, Texas.

He and his wife are the founders of World Evangelical Faith Ministries, which covers The Victory of Faith Fellowship and others in various states; and are the authors of 3 published Christian books. He enjoyed teaching and preaching the Bible.

Apostle Remi was preceded in death by his father, Lateef

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, LaJauna Adeyemi; his sons,Wahab Ayodimeji Adeyemi, wife-(Modinat Olabode) and Olanrewaju Adeyemi, Lagos, Nigeria; his daughters, Ericka Gooden of New Orleans, LA, Vioricka Gooden of Waco, TX, and Mosunmola Kuyoro, (Mansur), of Lagos, Nigeria; his grandchildren, Azeem, Fatiha and Zara all of Lagos, Nigeria and Nathanael of Waco, TX; his great granddaughter, Aaliyah of Waco, TX; his mother Wosilat Otiti Adeyemi, of Ibadan, Nigeria; his brothers, Babatunde Adeyemi, NYC, Wasiu Adeyemi, Lagos, Nigeria, and Lekan Adeyemi, San Palo, Brazil, and his Sister Shade Akinlaja, London, UK

Virtual memorial services will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at https://www.jesusexperience.live/
by the Rev. Gary Whetstone.

Services at Asbury United Methodist Church will be held privately due to Covid19 restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family go fund me.
